Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and experienced Fleet Supervisor to join our Transportation team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our fleet operations - overseeing daily execution, ensuring DOT compliance, managing drivers, and partnering closely with our account and safety teams to deliver results. This is a full-time, exempt position with opportunities to make a direct impact across multiple customer accounts. We are hiring in two key markets - Northwest Arkansas and the Kansas City/Riverside, MO area. What You'll Do * Lead day-to-day execution of asset-based fleet operations including dispatching, load planning, and cost control * Manage vendor negotiations and oversee preventative maintenance programs * Ensure full compliance with DOT regulations and all company policies and procedures * Recruit, hire, and onboard fleet personnel including DOT Truck Drivers * Collaborate with Safety and HR teams to maintain a safe and compliant work environment * Partner with account teams on business reviews, customer meetings, and pricing proposals * Monitor and achieve logistics KPIs and customer requirements * Problem-solve operational challenges and complete ad-hoc analyses as needed What We're Looking For * Education: Bachelor's Degree (4-year college or technical school) - Preferred * Experience: 2+ years of experience in Transportation (fleet operations, logistics, or related field) * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office products * Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple priorities * Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills * Sound judgment and safety-conscious mindset * Valid Driver's License required Physical Requirements * Primarily office/desk-based with occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 50 lbs occasionally). PPE required in operational environments including safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, and ear protection.
