Business Analyst (BA): The role requires consultant to act as an interface between the software developer and the client. He interacts with client, understand his requirements and then direct the development team to create solutions. Responsibilities Requirement gathering. Presentations to the client about the progress of the project. We can also provide some brush ups for the above mentioned skills if required. Qualifications & Skills Excellent communication and project management skills. Basic understanding of SQL and experience in managing the project for the client. Bachelor’s degree preferred in PM or IT domain. Basic understanding of project management concepts. Compensation & Benefits Pay structure, ranging from 52,000 to 62,000 per annum with increment every six months. H1-B Visa sponsorship to candidates who are on F1 visa status.
