About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology License: Active Ohio RN License is required Certifications: BLS and ACLS are required Must-Have: - Interventional Radiology experience - EPIC experience is preferred Description: Requirements include an active Ohio RN license. BLS certification is required. ACLS certification is required. A minimum of 2 years of experience is necessary. Experience in Interventional Radiology is required. EPIC experience is preferred. There are call requirements of 2 shifts per contract. Weekend coverage may be required every other or every third weekend as needed. Floating may be required. The unit performs interventional diagnoses and treatment. The team consists of physicians, technologists, nurses, and advanced practice providers collaborating on procedures. The unit includes 8 procedure rooms with normal business hours from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. Interventional procedures include vascular access, IVC filter placement/removal, embolization, TIPS, UFE, fistula gram, PCN, PTC, drains, and venous reconstruction. Procedures include lines, drains, ports, embolization, biopsy, and thoracentesis across all disciplines. Candidates will need to adhere to a strict compliance deadline regarding onboarding processes. There are specific credentialing protocols that candidates must follow promptly upon acceptance. Two professional references are required, one of which must be from a manager or supervisor. Valid compact or state licenses must be provided at the time of application. Education must be from an accredited nursing program.
