We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role focuses on developing insightful dashboards, performing data analysis, and supporting system testing and business requirements documentation. This role is located at a client site in either Reston, VA or Washington, DC. A hybrid working model is acceptable.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into meaningful insights, leveraging tools like Tableau, SQL, and Python. The position also involves system analysis, testing, and collaboration within Agile teams to meet evolving business needs. Familiarity with cloud environments—particularly AWS—is a plus, as the organization continues to modernize its data ecosystem.
