Role Summary

Seeking a Principal Architect Generative AI with 15+ years of experience to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale GenAI, Conversational AI, and Agentic AI solutions on cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and deliver production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
Design multi-agent systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, ADK, and RAG architectures.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.
Lead technical discovery sessions and advise customers on AI transformation.
Define AI observability, governance, performance, and security standards.
Mentor engineering teams and drive best practices for AI adoption.

GCP, Vertex AI, Gemini
RAG & Vector Databases
LangGraph / CrewAI / ADK
Conversational AI (Dialogflow CX, CCAI, CES)
API Integration & Microservices
Enterprise Solution Architecture
Customer-facing leadership experience

Preferred

Master's/PhD in CS, AI, or related field
Telecom or Contact Center domain experience
Experience delivering large-scale AI programs end-to-end
