Shifts: Days 7AM - 7PM


Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN in Critical Care for a travel assignment in Corpus Christi, TX. This role requires providing routine and complex care to high acuity patients, utilizing advanced medical equipment such as IMPELLA, Balloon Pump, and CRRT. Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of post cardio thoracic surgery recovery and have experience with EPIC systems.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Critical Care - Travel

• Practice independently and provide both routine and complex care
• Manage clinical situations through appropriate delegation to support staff
• Utilize the nursing process for patient care, assessment, and evaluation
• Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor side-effects and effectiveness
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers

Requirements of the RN - Critical Care - Travel

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required (AHA only)
• RN License in state of TX or compact
• 1 year of experience in a Critical Care setting preferred
• Attendance at New Nurses Orientation required within the first 30 days of hire
