Grinder Operator & Shop Helper (Fabrication Shop)

Fabrication Shop | Houston, TX 77015 Immediate Openings for Experienced Fabrication Shop Workers! We are seeking dependable candidates with experience in grinding, forklift operation, and fabrication shop environments . If you’re hardworking, reliable, and ready for overtime — apply today! PAY RATES Day Shift: $16.00/hr Night Shift: $16.50/hr - Consistent Overtime Available SHIFT SCHEDULES Day Shift 6:00 AM – 4:45 PM Night Shift 3:30 PM – 3:30 AM Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends JOB DUTIES Operate grinding equipment to clean and prepare metal materials Safely operate forklifts to move materials and finished products Assist with fabrication and production operations Perform general labor and shop support duties Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies REQUIREMENTS MUST HAVE fabrication shop, grinding, or forklift experience MUST BE BILINGUAL – English & Spanish Ability to work in a fast‑paced industrial environment Comfortable working in a non‑climate controlled shop Reliable and able to work long hours Must be flexible for overtime and weekends WHY APPLY?
