The Clinical Specialist (CS) plays a critical role in supporting successful clinical implementation and adoption of HistoSonics technology. This individual provides expert procedural support, ensures clinical excellence during live cases, and partners closely with commercial teams to drive sustainable growth. The CS works cross-functionally to optimize workflow integration, champion clinical best practices, and deliver exceptional results for both clinicians and patients.

The Clinical Specialist will:

• Serve as a clinical expert during system implementation, physician onboarding, and live procedure support.
• Partner with Account Managers to ensure alignment on account readiness, utilization goals, and growth opportunities.
• Lead on-site execution during new site launches and technology integrations, ensuring a seamless clinical experience.
• Identify and share clinical insights to enhance performance, workflow, and overall outcomes.
• Support cross-functional collaboration between Clinical, Commercial, and R&D teams to advance adoption and procedural excellence.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with key physicians, clinical staff, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive ongoing optimization at existing sites to support procedural growth and sustainability.

The Clinical Specialist will demonstrate:

• Implementation & Launch: Coordinate and execute successful site start-ups and procedural launches.
• Provide high-quality in-person and remote procedural support.
• Clinical Excellence: Demonstrate deep procedural knowledge and expertise in imaging and therapy delivery.
• Ensure consistent adherence to clinical and safety protocols.
• Drive Sustainable Growth: Identify opportunities to expand procedural utilization and account performance.
• Collaborate with sales partners to align clinical insights with strategic growth initiatives.
• AM Collaboration: Serve as a trusted partner to Account Managers, jointly developing and executing site-specific action plans.
• Support cross-functional alignment and communication between commercial and clinical teams.

The Clinical Specialist will possess:

• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, physician engagement, and procedural execution in complex healthcare environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust across all levels.
• Analytical and adaptable; able to assess real-time challenges and provide effective solutions.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Must demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and a commitment to excellence.
• Working knowledge of compliance standards including HIPAA, Sunshine Act, and company interaction guidelines.

The company is a privately held medical device company developing a non-invasive platform and proprietary sonic beam therapy utilizing the science of histotripsy, a novel mechanism of action that uses focused ultrasound to mechanically destroy and liquify unwanted tissue and tumors. The company is currently focused on commercializing their device in the US and select global markets for liver treatment while expanding histotripsy applications into other organs like kidney, pancreas, prostate, and others.

This system is a sophisticated platform that delivers pulsed sound energy into the body, without any incisions or needles, and has the ability to destroy tumors at the sub-cellular level, all while the treating physician continuously monitors the "bubble cloud" and treatment effect in real-time. Delivering continuous visualization, personalized treatment and physician control.

Target Audience: Interventional Radiologists and Surgical Oncologists

Territory: Dallas/ Fort Worth Metro Area

Compensation: Base:135K Plus 20K bonus opportunity for 155K Total Comp, equity, car allowance, plus gas, Full expenses, 401K, medical/dental, etc.
