Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager at Homewatch CareGivers of Monmouth County, you will be responsible for generating new business and cultivating referral relationships to enhance our service capabilities. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to ensure our compassionate, non-medical home care services reach seniors and individuals with disabilities who need them the most. You’ll enjoy the dynamic environment of Shrewsbury, New Jersey, while focusing on building strategic community relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new client and referral opportunities through cold calling, networking, and community involvement. Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and senior centers. Increase awareness of our services in the local community. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure alignment between business development activities and client care. Assist in creating marketing strategies that resonate with potential partners and clients. Qualifications: You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Proven experience in business development or sales in the healthcare or homecare industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strong understanding of the home care market and healthcare ecosystem. Demonstrated ability to develop strategies that enhance business growth. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Bonus If You: Have a network of established relationships within the local healthcare community. Pursue ongoing professional development or certifications in sales or marketing. Possess knowledge of home care regulations and compliance. Employment Type & Availability: This position is Full Time, Monday through Friday. Location: This position is on-site only in Shrewsbury, New Jersey.
