Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, assessing their needs and developing personalized treatment plans to facilitate recovery and improve mobility. Ensure high standards of care through accurate documentation and adherence to clinical protocols.

Responsibilities:

  Evaluate patients' physical conditions through detailed assessments.

  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.

  Administer therapeutic interventions using appropriate equipment and techniques.

  Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

  Ensure compliance with licensing, safety standards, and hospital policies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active physical therapy license.

  Demonstrate experience in setting up and operating clinical equipment.

  Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  Be able to provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking.
