Injection Molding Operators 3rd Shift (Order Press Assistant/Press Operator) Pay Rate: $19.50/hr Schedule : Mon-Fri 11p-7a Department: Print/Lam Location: Telford, PA Reports to: Shift Supervisor

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Injection Molding Operators (Order Press Assistant/Press Operator) to join our 3rd shift team. In this role, you will support press operations by preparing changeovers, maintaining product quality, assisting with press operations, and performing preventative maintenance. You will also train and support other press assistants while ensuring a safe and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all job duties in compliance with GMP and SQF requirements
• Support press operations under the direction of the Press Operator or Supervisor
• Prepare and execute press changeovers efficiently and accurately
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with production standards
• Train and support press assistants in operational procedures
• Perform and document preventative maintenance activities
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and promptly report safety issues
• Accurately track and maintain records of quality, production, and waste
• Perform additional duties as needed to support press operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in press operations or manufacturing preferred
• Strong willingness to learn and follow operational and safety procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks as required
