CVS Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Patient Engagement Specialist to work remotely and coordinate patient intake, scheduling, eligibility and referrals. You will liaise between patients and care teams to ensure a seamless experience while supporting provider panel optimization and continuity of care. This role operates within 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM EST with preference for candidates in Eastern or Mountain time zones. 40 hours weekly and full-time employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Preferra Insurance
