Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager with strong marketing experience and a passion for client service. This 3rd generation family owned company has a great culture, they promote from within and is very stable. This is a 100% in office position.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a book of business with professionalism and accuracy

Handle all aspects of account servicing including renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes

Market new and renewal business to carriers effectively

Serve as a point of contact for client questions, policy reviews, and claims support

Ensure timely communication and proactive service for all assigned accounts

Work closely with team members in a supportive, family environment

Requirements:

Active Texas P&C Insurance License

3-5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management

Proficiency in AMS360 is strongly preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage time effectively and independently
