What Youll Do as a General Laborer / Assembler:

• Assemble parts and products according to written instructions
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and related equipment
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Support general labor functions including packaging, material handling, and inventory tasks
• Follow all safety policies and company guidelines

What You Need to Bring to the General Laborer / Assembler Role:

• Must have at least 6 months experience within the last 2 years in assembly or general labor
• Must be able to stand for the full shift and perform repetitive motions
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Dependability and solid teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation to Maple Plain, MN
