Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment within the Sharps Department while meeting quality, productivity, waste, and safety goals
• Operate all packaging equipment, ensuring product is properly packed and labeled per specification
• Perform quality checks as required by specifications
• Maintain accurate production, downtime, and quality check records
• Notify technical personnel of equipment malfunctions
• Utilize and stamp batch numbers on cartons using SAP
• Perform general housekeeping duties throughout shift
• Observe all safety, environmental, and Quality Systems Requirements (QSR)

Experience Required

• 0–5 years overall
• Previous manufacturing work experience gives first preference (not strictly required)

Skills & Certifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to follow SOPs and quality specifications
• Physical stamina for lifting and standing during shift

Eligibilities & qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must pass an eye exam upon hire (20/30 vision with/without corrective lenses, or color vision exam)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• No drug screening required
• Background check must be cleared (candidate may start once criminal check is completed)
• Climate-controlled work environment
