Dental Assistant

Job Description The Role: As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive great care. You will work chairside with our dentists across a diverse range of specialties, including restorative, orthodontics, pediatric, endodontic, periodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery. Key Responsibilities Clinical Excellence: Provide seamless 4 handed dentistry support and assist with complex operative procedures. Patient Advocacy: Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring they are comfortable, informed, and educated on both pre and post operative care. Technical Proficiency: Obtain high quality dental radiographs and oral scans while maintaining meticulous treatment records and charting. Safety & Logistics: Lead infection control efforts by sterilizing instruments and equipment and ensuring operatories are prepared to the highest standards. Operational Support: Manage and monitor daily supplies to ensure the clinic is always fully stocked and ready for patient care. What You Bring Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues. The ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast paced clinical environment. Strong organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to delegate when appropriate.
