Job Description

The Estimator will report into senior leadership and play a key role in pre-construction and cost planning across multiple projects.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up commercial construction projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to identify scope and risks
• Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Develop competitive and accurate bid proposals
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure alignment
• Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors

The Successful Applicant

• 3-7 years of experience in commercial construction estimating
• Strong experience with ground-up construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience working across commercial sectors (education, municipal, retail, or mixed-use preferred)
• Proficiency in estimating software and strong Excel capability
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Driven, ambitious mindset with a desire for career progression
