Job Summary: Tryfacta is seeking a LPN – Long Term Care (LTC) for our client in Devils Lake, ND 58301. This is a 10-week contract assignment. Position Title: LPN – Long Term Care (LTC) Location: Devils Lake, ND 58301 Duration: 10 weeks Work Schedule: Variable Day Shift (12-Hour Shifts) Guaranteed Hours: 48 Hours/Week Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions. Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care. Respond to changes in patient condition and provide appropriate interventions. To be considered for this position, you should have: Active North Dakota LPN License required. Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing experience preferred. IV Certification preferred (please specify if the provider has IV Certification). Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
