Rite of Passage in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Case Manager for The Embracing Project. The role focuses on developing and facilitating case plans for youth survivors, with bilingual Spanish preferred. You will conduct meetings, provide monthly progress notes, lead groups and coordinate with youth, families, and agencies to support youth success.
