Logistics Specialist

Overview You in This Role will be responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipments, supporting transportation operations, and ensuring timely movement of materials and finished goods. This role supports fulfillment, import/export coordination, carrier management, and shipping compliance activities within a dynamic operational environment. What You\'ll Do Coordinate inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments Manage carrier scheduling, freight bookings, and shipment tracking Prepare shipping documentation including commercial invoices and packing lists Support import/export compliance and shipment record management Monitor transportation performance, delivery timelines, and freight costs Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and customers Support fulfillment operations and shipment prioritization Maintain logistics transactions within ERP/WMS systems Assist with inventory movement coordination between facilities Track KPIs including on-time delivery and freight performance What You\'ll Bring 2+ years of logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience Experience with ERP systems and shipping platforms preferred Knowledge of domestic and international shipping procedures Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics reporting Experience in manufacturing or electronics industries preferred Benefits Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually Equity eligibility Medical, dental, and vision coverage PTO and paid holidays Catered Lunch 5 days a week 401K Career growth opportunities About Us Unusual Machines is a U.S.-based drone and drone parts company focused on the small and First-Person View (FPV) segments of the drone market.
