Required Qualifications Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license in the State of Arkansas Current BLS certification Current ACLS certification Current PALS certification Current NRP certification Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond appropriately to changes in patient condition Preferred Qualifications Ability to work effectively in physically demanding clinical environments Comfortable working in environments with potential exposure to biological and chemical hazards Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated reliability and professionalism Strong commitment to patient-centered care Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist who brings strong critical-thinking skills, dependability, and a patient-first approach to respiratory care.
