What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with empathy, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help
- Accurately log key customer information that will ensure life-saving services are delivered promptly & to the right place
- Provide exceptional customer service for billing, account updates, cancellations, and more
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through product setup with patience and clarity
- Respond promptly to alarm signals and account inquiries, ensuring smooth service delivery
- Collaborate with your team to onboard and train new hires, sharing your knowledge and expertise
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in phone-based customer service or call center roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Expert-level typing skills, 35+ WPM with 0 errors
- Strong communication, data entry, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring critical information is captured flawlessly
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and UPS systems is a plus!
- Compassion and a commitment to supporting seniors and individuals with medical needs
