Qualifications & Desired Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Previous experience in a K-12 or school-based setting preferred
• Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) strongly encouraged for one of the positions
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Passion for working with diverse student populations and tailoring interventions

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with educators, aides, administrators, and families to promote student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Offer support and resources to teachers and caregivers to foster communication skills in the classroom
• Provide direct therapy services, progress monitoring, and consultation
