Warehouse Associate

Title: Warehouse Specialist

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Lancaster, Texas 75134

Qualifications:

• Basic math and good verbal/written communication skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Current forklift certification required; stand-up preferred
• Electric pallet jack certification a plus
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred

Education and Experience

• Minimum 1+ years of warehouse experience
• Oracle experience preferred

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Must work safely around heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities:

Position Summary

Responsible for picking, staging, counting, and cross-checking orders; replenishing inventory; loading/unloading trailers; product putaway; warehouse housekeeping; and other assigned duties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Pick, prepare, palletize, and stage finished goods for shipment
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment; complete required inspections
• Use handheld RF scanners for picking, replenishment, putaway, and accurate inventory tracking
• Verify products, serial numbers, and shipment accuracy
• Pick, stack, check, overpack, consolidate, and process orders as needed
• Load/unload trailers safely according to procedures
• Verify received shipments and put products into designated storage locations
• Follow company, safety, GMP, FDA, and DEA procedures
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and support 5S/Lean activities
• Work independently and as part of a team; overtime as needed to meet shipping goals
