This is a full time, in office role with a Monday through Friday (9-5pm) schedule, so you can say goodbye to late nights and weekend work. Base salary plus bonus and benefits, with a stable team and a predictable schedule that respects your time.

Requirements

• Manage real estate closings from inception through post closing, keeping every detail on track
• Prepare closing statements, escrow documents, and checklists
• Order and review title work, lien searches, estoppels, and surveys
• Clear title and prepare title insurance policies

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with a law firm or title company
• Florida notary
• Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills
