Case Manager: Shelter to Permanent Housing
Catholic Community Services
Catholic Community Services is seeking a Case Manager for the Hotel Shelter in Puyallup to help homeless adults secure permanent housing. You will assess needs, develop strength-based plans, and support clients through housing steps. You will work with the Supportive Service Team and local partners, maintain confidential records, and coordinate with police and hotel staff to ensure safety and housing stability. #J-18808-Ljbffr Catholic Community Services
