PM shift differential 10%; night shift differential 17% of hourly rate. Relocation assistance available. Description The Registered Nurse coordinates and administers quality patient and family care that is compassionate, holistic, respectful and value-driven. The nurse demonstrates confident communication skills and serves as a patient advocate. Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process to assess patients’ physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs. Plan, develop and implement a multi‑disciplinary plan of care. Evaluate patients’ response to care. Strive for excellence in skill performance, personal growth and professional development. Qualifications Education Required: Graduate of an approved school of nursing. BSN preferred. Preferred: Graduate of an approved school of nursing. Master's degree preferred. General Education Diploma or better. Licenses & Certifications Required: Registered Nurse license to practice in Wisconsin. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Preferred: Certified Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
