Growth Product Manager — CRO & Funnels (Remote, DTC Ecommerce)

Smalls, a premium DTC cat food brand, is hiring a Product Manager to own how new customers discover, evaluate, and buy. You’ll treat the conversion funnel as your product, run rapid A/B tests, and think in customer segments rather than funnel steps.

You’ll partner with Marketing on tracking and signals, shape checkout paths, and drive CRO across on-site experiences. This lean team works remotely across the US and values data-driven decision making and ownership.
