Job Details Department: Navicent Health Medical Center – Nursing: Medical/Surgical IU 7 Main Status: Full time Hours per Week: 36 Schedule: 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Pay Range: $38.20 – $57.30 per hour Benefits Eligible: Yes Location 7 Main (Georgia Center for Joint Care) is a 23‑bed unit specializing in total joint procedures with a floor gym to support patient recovery. The unit works closely with experienced orthopedic surgeons in a supportive, family‑like environment for both new and seasoned nurses. Atrium Health Navicent– The Medical Center is a nationally recognized academic medical center, Level1 Trauma Center, Magnet hospital, serving a 30‑county service area with 750,000 patients. It has 637 licensed beds, a busy emergency department, and a strong academic partnership with Mercer University School of Medicine. Qualifications Completion of an accredited nursing program or its equivalent. Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association. Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe and therapeutic care in line with established policies. Apply evidence‑based practice and clinical decision‑making, fostering a safe patient environment and enhancing the patient experience across the continuum of care. Compensation & Benefits Compensation: Base salary within the stated pay range plus premium pay for shift, on‑call, and other opportunities.
