Description

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is on the lookout for a highly motivated Restaurant General Manager to lead our innovative Scratch Kitchen in Denver. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to manage a vibrant restaurant that emphasizes quality ingredients and exceptional culinary experiences.

As the Restaurant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and a thriving team culture. You'll oversee daily operations, implement strategies to enhance guest experiences, and work closely with our culinary team to deliver outstanding menu offerings. Our competitive salary range is $100,000 - $115,000 annually, reflecting the importance of this leadership role in the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
Lead staff training and development programs
Monitor financial performance and create budgets
Foster a positive team environment and culture
Collaborate with the culinary team on menu development

Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service
Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Familiarity with inventory management systems
Relevant certifications in food safety and alcohol service are a plus
