Staff Accountant

About the Company Jereh North American Group supports oilfield service, manufacturing, power generation, equipment, and industrial operations across North America. Our accounting team supports a fast-moving business with multiple operating groups, vendors, customers, and internal teams. About the Role Jereh North American Group is hiring a Staff Accountant for our Houston JFK office. This role is focused on the daily accounting work that keeps the business moving: accounts payable, accounts receivable, Expensify expense reports, invoice support, reconciliations, documentation follow‑up, and month‑end support. What You Will Handle Accounts payable and accounts receivable support Invoice review, billing support, and vendor documentation Expensify expense report review, coding, approvals, and reconciliation Payment support, account reconciliations, and month‑end close assistance Follow‑up on missing receipts, invoices, approvals, and backup documentation Daily accounting support for finance, operations, and business teams Accurate recordkeeping and transaction tracking What We Are Looking For up to 5 years of accounting, AP, AR, billing, expense reporting, or reconciliation experience Experience with Expensify or a similar expense management system Strong Excel skills Good attention to detail with invoices, receipts, reports, and transaction records Comfortable working onsite in Houston Able to communicate clearly with internal teams, vendors, and employees Preferred Mandarin bilingual communication ability Experience in manufacturing, oilfield services, industrial equipment, logistics, power generation, or a similar business environment Experience working in a multi-entity or international company environment ERP or accounting system experience Work Location 15333 JFK Blvd., Suite 800 Houston, TX 77032 Onsite role Monday to Friday Equal Opportunity Statement Jereh Energy Equipment and Technologies Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
