PTO: - Year 1: 80 hrs - Years 24: 120 hrs - 5+ Years: 160 hrs 20% Rent Discount at any Monarch-owned community, terms & conditions apply up to $4,000 match or 3%, whichever is greater What You'll Be Doing: Complete resident work orders quickly & professionally Turn units between residents (make-ready repairs) Interior/exterior painting & staining HVAC troubleshooting & repairs Grounds maintenance & preventative care Keep maintenance areas clean & organized Participate in emergency on-call rotation What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent HVAC certification (preferred) EPA license (preferred) CPO certification (preferred saltwater pool) Experience with painting, drywall, light electrical, basic plumbing Great communication & customer service skills Strong problem-solving ability Willingness to complete basic training within 30 days Why Monarch?
