$2203.20/week - Job Summary: Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients in a long-term care setting, ensuring patient safety and well-being. Deliver high-quality, compassionate care while adhering to safety protocols and regulatory standards. Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders. Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting observations and changes meticulously. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Conduct patient education on health management and treatment procedures. Maintain compliance with all safety, infection control, and facility policies. Qualifications: Hold an active, unrestricted Colorado RN license. Demonstrate prior experience in long-term care or pediatric patient care. Possess current BLS certification. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Be willing to work holidays without request off. Comply with state-mandated COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
