As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. We offer a competitive salary of $27 to $34 hourly with a $2 per hour CARES bonus and a supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.Responsibilities:Provide total care for residents, including monitoring their condition and needs, administering medications and treatments, and reporting any changes in their conditionManage staff and oversee the nursing assistant-registered (NAR) staff to ensure excellence in resident careComplete documentation, admit and discharge residents, and report any bruises, skin tears, or neglectMaintain confidentiality and follow Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) requirementsProvide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors, and colleaguesRequirements:LPN licensure with the KS Board of NursingCurrent CPR certificationAbility to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulationsDesire to work with the elderlyExperience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not requiredWhat Our Employees Say:“We are very family oriented, and all enjoy taking pride in going above and beyond in caring for our residents.”“Best management team ever.
