About the Role:
Join Advanced Lawn Care LLC as a Landscape Maintenance / Driver and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces in Fort Pierce, FL! This exciting position combines hands-on landscaping with driving responsibilities, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and beautiful landscapes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging.
• Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and team members to job sites.
• Assist in planting, mulching, and maintaining flower beds and gardens.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in safe working order.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving service delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Commerical landscape maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, experience with driving trucks with trailers.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques and horticultural practices.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
