Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) is needed in Texas. The position involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals with movement dysfunctions, pain, and limitations resulting from injury, illness, or disability. The therapist will create and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other techniques to restore function, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. The role includes patient education on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Two years of experience as a Physical Therapist, Texas license or compact license, valid documentation

- Additional Information: Position runs from 09/14/2026 to 12/14/2026, requiring a minimum of 0 years of experience. Candidates must possess a valid Texas license or compact license and have at least two years of PT experience.
