What You'll Do

As a Crew Member, you are part of a high-energy team that creates great experiences for our customerswhether you're interacting face-to-face or working behind the scenes.

This role includes both Service (Front Counter & Drive-Thru) and Kitchen (Grill & Prep) responsibilities.

• Welcome customers with energy, eye contact, and a genuine smile
• Take accurate orders and deliver fast, friendly service
• Prepare food and beverages according to McDonald's standards
• Work as a team to keep service running smoothly during busy shifts
• Communicate clearly and support teammates across all areas of the restaurant
• Resolve customer concerns
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant at all times
• Clean as you gosanitize surfaces, stock supplies, and take pride in both customer areas and kitchen spaces
• Assist with detailed cleaning tasks including dining room upkeep, equipment, dishes, floors, and closing routines
