Conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional service to guests and staff. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.04 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel/resort grounds, guest areas, parking areas, amenities, and the surrounding perimeter. Monitor access points and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel. Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with site procedures. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
