Quality Assurance Inspector - Receiving (Temporary, 1st Shift)
Location: Natick, MA
We are hiring a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Inspector - Receiving for a temporary 1st shift role supporting advanced aerospace, defense, and spaceflight programs. This position is ideal for candidates experienced in precision parts inspection, quality control, and blueprint reading .
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming and in-process components to ensure compliance with engineering specifications
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation
- Use inspection tools and gauges to verify dimensions and quality standards
- Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles
- Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure compliance and workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Experience in QA inspection, quality control, or a related technical role
- Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Experience inspecting small, precision components
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO 9001 standards preferred
