CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking two Water Resources CAD/Revit Designers to join our Water Team in Loogootee, IN; Santa Claus, IN; or Evansville, IN. In this role, you will support the planning and design of critical water infrastructure projects while collaborating with engineers, designers, and project teams across a variety of assignments. This is an exciting opportunity for a developing professional to expand their technical expertise, gain field exposure, and contribute to projects that help deliver safe, reliable, and sustainable water systems for communities throughout the region. Locations Loogootee, IN | Santa Claus, IN | Evansville, IN Responsibilities Develop and revise engineering drawings, layouts, and construction documents using AutoCAD, REVIT, and other industry-standard design software. Collaborate with engineers and senior designers to produce accurate, high-quality design deliverables that support water infrastructure projects. Review drawings and contract documents for quality, consistency, and compliance with established standards. Assist with the preparation of plans, specifications, and project documentation while gaining exposure to industry codes and engineering practices. Participate in project meetings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support successful project delivery. Support field activities and site visits to better understand project conditions and assist with the development of as-built documentation. Qualifications Associate's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Engineering Science, or a related technical field required. Minimum of 2 years of relevant engineering document production experience required. Proficiency with design software such as REVIT, AutoCAD, and MicroStation. Working knowledge of engineering design standards, drafting practices, and construction documentation processes. Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across project teams. A desire to continue developing technical expertise while contributing to meaningful infrastructure projects. Compensation $33.65 - $36.05 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
