We are currently seeking a skilled Body Shop Estimator to join our team and help manage the repair process with professionalism and care. Job Details Salary: From $65,000 to $95,000 per year Job Type: Full Time Location: Phillipsburg, NJ 08865 Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their needs with empathy and understanding. Schedule appointments and maintain clear communication with customers throughout the repair process. Collaborate with insurance companies to prepare accurate estimates, supplements, and process payments. Work with customers and technicians to identify necessary repairs and offer additional services when appropriate. Enter detailed itemized estimates into repair orders and clearly explain these to customers. Oversee parts ordering and manage insurance-related communications. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining clear updates and quality control from start to final vehicle delivery. Adhere to insurance guidelines and company standards. Job Requirement:Qualifications Experience in body shop estimating is required. Proficiency with the CCC Estimating System is required. Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software is preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate. Valid driver’s license. Strong organizational skills and basic computer proficiency. Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills.
