Overview Dedicated Groundsperson wanted! The Groundsperson reports to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property. Responsibilities Conduct pruning and landscape maintenance Trim, edge and mulch as directed Rake leaves and collect debris from grounds and common areas Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways; including trash collection Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor Assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor Qualifications High school diploma or GED Strong customer service skills Ability to follow instructions efficiently #J-18808-Ljbffr Lancaster Campus
