About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with TalentBurst, Inc. to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Hopewell, Virginia, 23860!

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Strong IV skills- adults & pediatric
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Trauma experience, TNCC
• Meditech experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Cardioversion
• Central line placements
• Cardiac arrests
• IV insertions, EKG's, etc. (basic ER skills)
• Pacemaker interrogation
• Code Stroke protocol
• Code Sepsis protocol
• Suture/abscess set up

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

Floating Area(s):

• Potentially to our FSED (approximately 15mins away)

Weekends and On call(if any)

• Every other weekend, atleast 1 Friday & 1 Monday of a 4 week schedule. No on call required.
