Phlebotomist
$17.75 - $25.92 per hourLabcorp
Labcorp seeks a phlebotomist for its Orient, Ohio patient service center to perform blood collections, process specimens, and provide customer service. Monday-Friday 7am-3pm with rotating Saturdays; candidates need certification or relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
- Enter patient information accurately and process billing and payments
- Prepare specimens for testing and maintain patient and specimen information logs
- Provide customer service and travel to additional sites as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
- Minimum 3 months phlebotomy experience or current certification
- Proven exceptional customer service track record
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass color blindness test
- Reliable transportation
Compensation: $17.75 - $25.92 per hour
