We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Data Center Technician II for a Full-Time position. Job Summary: Provides hands-on support for day-to-day data center operations. This role assists with maintaining infrastructure reliability, supporting hardware installations, and ensuring accurate asset tracking. The technician works closely with senior team members while developing technical skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Rack/stack servers and network equipment Cable management and labeling Asset tracking and inventory Assist with hardware installs and removals Requirements: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience 1+ year IT or data center support experience Experience supporting computer room or data center environments Knowledge of data center infrastructure and support systems Ability to contribute to documentation and process development Basic cybersecurity knowledge (phishing, smishing, vishing) Strong customer service skills Ability to lift up to 75 lbs 2+ years data center or infrastructure support preferred Our Profile: We are an IT company with a unique mission—to make people the center of every federal IT solution.
