About the Role:
WETYS Asset Recovery is expanding our operations in Wisconsin, and were looking for a reliable, professional, and compliancefocused Field Agent to join our team. Our agents represent the front line of our operation, and we hold every assignment to the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and accountability.
- Conduct field investigations to locate and recover assets.
- Prepare detailed reports on asset recovery progress and findings.
- Utilize industry-specific tools and software for tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize recovery efforts.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all activities.
- Adhere to legal and ethical guidelines throughout the recovery process.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in asset recovery, investigations, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for fieldwork.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in asset recovery.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to challenges.
