# Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery PRN NightsApplylocations: LaGrange, KYtime type: Part timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: R26103394**Summary****Job Description:****Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery- PRN, Nights****Status: PRN****Shift: Third****About The Unit:**Provides nursing care for the antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum patient; gynecological medical and surgical patient; plastic surgery patient and normal newborn. The staff consists of registered nurses, OB Technicians and unit secretaries. Services provided include fetal monitoring, a fetal monitoring surveillance system, ultrasound and phototherapy.**Job Summary:**A registered nurse implements the nursing process for each patient/resident (pediatric to geriatrics depending on scope of care in the nursing department in which he/she works) assigned to his/her care. The employee is responsible for the coordination of direct and indirect care within the parameters of the Kentucky Nurse Practice Act and the policies and procedures of BHLAG.
