Alphanumeric is partnering with an innovative and compassionate leader in pediatric therapy to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) in Fayetteville, NC.

This role includes:

• 3-4 days per week providing services in clinic and/or school settings.
• 1-2 days dedicated to virtual direct supervision, indirect supervision, telehealth services, and documentation.
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
• Compensation options tailored to your preferences.

Choose between:

Pay-Per-Visit (PPV):

• $35 per 30-minute therapy session.
• $70 per evaluation (negotiable).

Guaranteed Hourly Rate:

• $32-$40 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders as appropriate.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development activities.
• Provide telehealth services and supervision activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Current North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology License.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Pediatric speech therapy experience through internships, Clinical Fellowship (CF), or licensed practice.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for helping children reach their fullest communication potential.
