Trauma-Informed Family Intervention Specialist
Cheshire West and Chester
The Intervention Hub role at Cheshire West and Chester Council is based in Ellesmere Port and covers Edge of Care, Placement Stability, Family Networks and Family Time Service. You will apply a whole-family, solution-focused approach to deliver intensive interventions for families, with SMART planning to measure impact.
