About the Opportunity
Expert-level Java Lead/Architect role requiring 14+ years experience (10+ years US experience mandatory). No C2C - W2 only. Join TechniPros to deliver high-impact technical leadership in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Expert-level Java service development with strong hands-on delivery experience (designing, building, troubleshooting production services)
- Deep experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework, including Spring Security (authentication/authorization concepts, secure-by-design patterns)
- Strong RESTful API design and development, including versioning, contract clarity, backward compatibility, and API documentation practices
- Proven technical leadership: architecture guidance, review/feedback, coaching, and driving engineering decisions to closure
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Primary Skills: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Security, RESTful API
- Core Skills: Technical leadership
- 14+ years total experience (10+ years US experience mandatory)
- Expert level proficiency in all primary skills
- Strong architecture and production service delivery experience
